#YAMAHA THR10 EDITOR UPGRADE#

I sold the 10 I had, bought a 10C that took forever to arrive, and I love it. I loved the device itself though, a awesome amp with sweet features (Effects, Reverb, built in tuner, online editor, recorder, 5 presets, and you can plug in your headphones and phone to play along! And its even battery powered, what more can you ask for in this amp the size of a small boombox thingy?Д«ut, because of the issues I mentioned in the first paragraph, I decided that I wanted to try the 10-C instead and see if I liked it, because I do play more rock and roll and classic rock styled music, which is what its made to simulate. It may have just been the amp I had, but the Modern and Brit HI gain amp settings were just terrible, the gain was so high and the volume was so distorted that it was very hard to hear the note that was playing, like how it was with tremelo. I didn't really like many of the amp settings except for Crunch, Lead, Clean, and flat/bass/acoustic. The tremelo was fucked from the beginning I think, it didn't sound right, it was super intense and almost hard to even hear the actual note playing, I didn't use it a lot. I honestly think I may have purcahsed a bad quality one or something maybe, it was a 2012 so I'm not sure if it was version one or two or whatever. I found a THR10 for a good price originally and got it, but from the very beginning I dont think I loved it.

I was looking for an upgrade from a frontman 15g, and ended up wanting a THR10 or 10c. I was in the same position as you like 3 months ago.
